Other interesting observations:
External Service
0215-0300 UTC Kannada 13695 15120 Special broadcast heard. Instead of signing off at 0300 UTC it carried the Prime Ministers speech live without cutting it off (at 0300).
This service continued till end of the special broadcast till around 0320.
It is observed that only on Independence Day & Republic Day the External Services start with Vanthe Matharam song.
(On Home Service it is broadcast daily at sign on)
