The bilingual Masters Program combines the subjects media and development, journalism, communications and media economics. The program is designed for international students who pursue executive and management positions. Upon successful

completion of the program, graduates will be awarded with the academic title "Master of Arts (M.A.)". The University of Bonn provides highly qualified IMS graduates the opportunity to pursue their doctorate.

Requirements for taking part in this program are a Bachelor's Degree (the subject of your Bachelor's Degree is not relevant) and more than one year of professional experience in a media- related field after your first degree - experience acquired before

or during studying for your first degree unfortunately cannot be accepted. Candidates are also required to supply evidence of good verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.

The tuition fee is 6.000 EUR. A limited number of full scholarships (covering tuition, accommodation and cost of living) is available for applicants from countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. In addition, there are partial

scholarships available that cover the cost of tuition.
